UK jazz funk legends Incognito to perform along with special guest Jocelyn Brown
Celebrating nearly 30 years as the UK's leading jazz funk band, Incognito will be joined by special guest Jocelyn Brown for an exclusive concert to be held at the indigO2 at The O2 on Saturday 22nd August 2009.
The legendary British group will take to the stage to perform all their classics including their breakthrough track Always There featuring Jocelyn Brown and also the 1992 hit Don't You Worry Bout A Thing.
Formed in 1980 by Jean-Paul Bluey Maunick, the band have skilly maintained a highly successful career with their unique sound which has turned them into a global phenomenon within their field.
Having released a staggering 13 albums including their debut album Jazz Funk in 1981 to their latest 2008 release Tales From the Beach, their music has also become a favourite with various notable re-mixers including Masters At Work, David Morales, Roger Sanchez and Jazzanova.
The band will be joined onstage by very special guest vocalist Jocelyn Brown, the highly respected US singer responsible for biggest dance classic Somebody Else's Guy, and the unforgettable Ain't No Mountain High Enough.
Incognito join the honor-roll of world-class icons such as Prince and Chaka Khan in performing at indigO2 at The O2. This concert will be a unique opportunity to catch the band at their best - in the live environment.
