Solange, Selita, and Cassie become Spoke Beauties for Carol's Daughter Campaign

It was all about the ladies at the Carol’s Daughter launch of the new Carol's Daughter campaign, "I AM" held in Sephora in New York City.

As a part of the campaign, the celebrated beauty line named Solange Knowles, Selita Ebanks and singer Cassie as the newest Carol’s Daughter Spokes beauties.

Carol’s Daughter founder Lisa Price, Chairman Steve Stoute, Spokes beauty & Investor Mary J. Blige, and music industry veteran - Kevin Liles were all in attendance to host a meet-and greet with a few lucky fans, who gathered at Sephra on 34th Street.

During the star-studded event, Price also revealed the new hair care line: the Monoi Repairing Collection.

Speaking to URBANWORLD’S OSWORLD, Price said: "Solange, Selita, and Cassie were selected to represent Carol's Daughter as women with interesting perspectives of beauty. They recognise the beauty in diversity. They are all women of strong character who bring their own personality. They represent our new campaign as they celebrate every woman's individual beauty, celebrate their mother's influence, recognise growing potential, and are sincere supporters of our brand."

Reflecting Price, comments, the beauty brand’s spokeswomen Solange, Cassie, and Selita Ebanks all showed off their individual style while at the launch. Cassie sported a Pompadour Mohawk (shaved on both sides), Solange rocked an Afro, and Selita Ebanks modelled a short red hairstyle.

Commenting on her new position Knowles said: "I am so thankful and appreciative to represent Carol's Daughter. I appreciate the fact that Carol's Daughter recognizes and celebrates unconventional beauty."
