Tinie Tempah Tops the Charts
A huge congratulations go to South London MC Tinie Tempah who has topped the UK Top 40 with his infectious single Pass Out.
After years on the underground the 21-year-old has signed a major label deal and it seems that all his hard work is paying off.
The MC is very proud of the swarm of success saying; I'm out of breath! It feels like it's my birthday, my Christmas, my Easter, my christening all in one. This is mad.
Speaking in an earlier interview he said: I'd just signed the deal with EMI and it was like the first track that I made afterwards.
I went in and met this guy called Labyrinth. Pass Out was literally the first thing we come out when we started working together.
He produced the track and he's the guy who's singing on the hook as well. Everyone was bobbing their heads when we played it in the studio, that's when we knew maybe we might be on to something.
And you couldn't have been more right well done, Tinie.
