Music News:
Faith Evans arrested for Drunk Driving
Singer Faith Evans has been arrested in LA after being suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol. Police stopped Faith at a checkpoint in the LA beach community at the weekend and detained her.
Faith, 37, best known for being the first lady of Bad Boy Records and Notorious B.I.G’s widow, displayed signs of being under the influence of alcohol when she was pulled over at a checkpoint. Officials say the Soon As I Get Home singer was held for four hours and released pending formal charges, police said.
In 2004 the Grammy- winner spent 13 weeks in a drug rehab program after being arrested in Atlanta and charged with cocaine and marijuana possession.
After a five year hiatus, Faith is planning a return to the music world.
Hope this latest incident doesn’t hold up the plans any longer.
