Rastamouse Signs 2nd Album Deal With EMI
Rastamouse, the cheese-loving, children’s TV star, has signed a deal for a second album with EMI, to be released in 2013.
In a press release from DDA Public Relations Rastamouse - who is voiced by TV presenter Reggie Yates - expresses his excitement at the the news: “We had a blast puttin' togedda dem songs fe dat first album an' our fans dem been givin' us some amazin' feedback! Mi bare excited dat mi friends at EMI want to hear plenty more choons an' it gonna be a lot ah fun gettin' into da groove. If ya wonderin' if it gonna be a difficult second album, mi can tell ya fi sure dat dere's already some bangin' riddims echoin' round Nuff Song Studio. '
The first album from Rastamouse and Da Easy Crew, Makin A Bad Ting Good was released last year. Music website hitthefloor.co.uk called it “wholesome, soft and colourful reggae music.”
Da Easy Crew's latest single Run Wid' Me is out now, available on iTunes.
