“...more mature and more emotional”

Now I must admit, I haven't seen previous chapters; but I've been well informed that the premise of the film lies in speeding around various cities in order to gain some sort of gratification. This time round however, the team: fugitive ex-con Dom Toretto (Diesel) reignites his feud with agent Brian O'Conner (Walker). Through a subtle twist they join forces to avenge Toretto's love interest, Letty's (Rodriguez) brutal death.

The usual concoction of drugs, guns and stunning girls won't come as a surprise to the audience. Its' the fiery explosions and exotic locations that will leave you mesmerised. Some of the tunnel chases are nail biting and you WILL most definitely be gripped as you want to see if anyone makes it out alive. They really push the boundaries on what is acceptable behind the wheel, which keeps you glued and wanting more.

The film's director, Justin Lin, describes this instalment as “...more mature and more emotional” This is certainly displayed through both Diesel's and Walker's characters and the romantic scenes show a more vulnerable side to them which will appeal to the ladies!!! Although, it's hard to take Diesel's character seriously through that extremely deep voice and huge, muscley exterior. The rough and boisterous scenes are right up his street and suit him down to a tee.

“Will there be a ‘Fast and Furious-Part Five'?” I hear you ask. (Well, you didn't, but what the heck! Lol!) “There might just be!”, is my reply and judging by final scenes of this film it is more than likely that it will be hitting our screen within a few years. And, if we can chocolate smooth hottie, Tyrese to sign up then I think it will conclude the series in a rather fluid manner. LOL!

Ultimately, if you consider yourself to be a petrol head with a sucker for corny lines and action packed energy then get yourself down to your nearest cinema. Visual stimulating it most certainly is. Thought provoking or tear jerking it is not. If you're in search of a film that provides an instant shot of adrenalin, then this is most definitely your film.
