Hero
DaVinche and Cleo Sol return finish what they started...
This monster new track is a fireball of energy and proof that Davinche's years of experience with artists like Shola Ama, Wiley and Kano have paid off. Very well.
Hero is heavily injected with DaVinche's artistic production swagger from start to finish. The up-tempo beat together with East Coast American drum patterns and hard hitting cymbals/kicks gives Hero that Keri Hilson 'Knock You Down' feel. But DaVinche is not Polo Da Don. He's a UK producer from London. The man behind the mixing desk on tracks like Tinchy Stryder's 'Something About Your Smile' and Kano's 'P's and Q's'.
Cleo Sol, the voice behind the pair's last (somewhat less gripping) underground hit 'Riding For Love' ft Bashy, this time hits a home run, holding it down both lyrically and vocally with only a small amount of help from the layered effects.
They say that in life/
Every man in power has got a strong wife
Something I'd definitely like to see with a live band...
